Text Marketing Messages Marketing messages via text message are an add on feature at the rate of $99.00 per month for a total of 10,000 texts (combined sent and received). Customers must first opt in to your text marketing messages before you can market to them. Term The Subscription Term of two years commences on the first day of the calendar month immediately following the date of acceptance of this Sales Order. The Subscription Term shall automatically renew in successive and consecutive periods of the same length as originally purchased, unless you provide written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming Subscription Term renewal date. Prosolutions Software ("PS") reserves the right to increase pricing for the Services applicable during a renewed Subscription Term, provided such (i) shall be noted in PS's quote or other communication issued at least thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming Subscription Term renewal date, and (ii) shall not exceed PS's then-current standard pricing for such Services. If you elect to terminate the Agreement during the Subscription Term, you must issue no less than sixty (60) days' prior written notice of such termination to PS and the effective date of termination shall be the last day of the second calendar month following receipt of notification. By way of example, if you issue a notice of termination on May 18th, termination shall not be effective until July 31st. Billing PS calculates and bills its charges and fees on a monthly basis. The first monthly charge shall occur on the first day of the calendar month immediately following acceptance of this Sales Order and PS's establishment of your account. You shall provide to PS valid, up-to-date and complete credit card information before the first monthly subscription charge is due. By agreeing to this Sales Order and providing complete payment information, you authorize PS to bill the credit card on file with PS for the Subscription Fees payable on the first of each month.
